• to administer Eton Fives Association events and fixtures
• to contact you with information relating to Eton Fives.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any further email from us at any time in the future.
We will not transfer your contact details to any third party outside of the Eton Fives Association.

 

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

• your name
• address
• phone number
• email address
• Fives play results and statistics.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. It will be stored in a secured database. You can check the information that we hold about you through the Fives Online website or by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Unless requested otherwise (during registration or subsequently), your information will be visible to other members of the Fives Online site. This is to facilitate the organisation of fixtures and Fives related events. We will take all reasonable measures to protect your data from abuse.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
